I've worked in many different Pilates/Fitness Studios, and Hotels. Currently, I'm only teaching in my own Studio.
I always try to remind my clients to breath and listen to their own body, everything starts with breathing and it is the only way we tune into our own bodies and find mind/body connection.
I absolutely love BarreConcept Leg Series in second position, they give great inner thigh, calves, gluteus strength and tone these muscles so well.
And for Pilates, it has to be one Hundred as it is one unique exercise that warms up and prepares the entire body, increases the Heart rate to cardio level, circulates the blood.
I'm a certified BarreConcept Instructor for almost 5 years now. I'm also a certified Stott Pilates Instructor for Mat and Reformer.

I worked in different Pilates and Fitness Studios and also Health Clubs for about 3-4 years and then decided to only work for myself. I teach Pilates mat and equipment, Barre and Stretch classes and now more focusing on private teaching and injury rehab. I have done some additional training to train clients with Knee and Shoulder Injuries and also Scoliosis.
I'm also trained for Pre/Postnatal Teaching and have been teaching group and private lessons in this area. As a mum, this is one of my favourite areas to teach and help other Mums.
Find your own thing, one discipline that is a true passion to you and do it every single day, it'll keep you always happy, motivated and focused.
Although I love my Home Studio and teach so many hours from there, I'd like to open a bigger Studio with more Equipment to serve more clients in 5 years time. I also want to become fully certified as completing my training for the rest of the equipment like Cadillac and Chair.
